Unauthorized sharing or resale of photography images, packages, or digital products is strictly prohibited, and We reserve the right to invoice you for the licenses you have gifted to others and revoke your access to such materials. All photography services, image licensing, and digital products are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the services provided.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES: By booking a photoshoot with Ronny and Rene, LLC, you agree to work with our photographers in good faith to capture your desired moments, and We make no guarantee of the final image quality or outcomes beyond our agreed-upon scope of work.
Booking and Reservation Policies
A deposit is required to reserve a session or event date. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your final balance. Full payment must be received before the session date or event, unless other arrangements are made in writing. If payment is not made by the due date, the session may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least two days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply. In the event of an emergency or force majeure, we will do our best to accommodate changes.
Travel and Location
For events or sessions located outside of 50 miles from Corvallis, Oregon, a travel fee will apply. Travel fees include mileage, accommodation (if applicable), and other associated costs. Travel fees will be outlined and agreed upon before booking.
Image Delivery Timeline
Final edited images will be delivered within one to four weeks of the session date, depending on the type of session or event. Images will be delivered through an online gallery or other digital delivery method. Additional delivery methods, such as prints or albums, may incur additional charges.
Model Release and Usage Rights
By booking a session with Ronny and Rene, LLC, you grant us permission to use the images from your session for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, blog, and advertising materials. If you prefer not to have your images used publicly, please inform us before your session, and we will respect your request.

We offer a range of additional products, including prints, albums, and extra hours of photography coverage. These products can be purchased separately from your initial photography package. Please inquire for more details.
Online Gallery/Archiving of Photos
Images will be available for download from our online gallery for twelve months following delivery. After this period, we may archive or remove the gallery, and retrieval of images may incur additional fees. Please download and save your images in a timely manner.
Your Communications
Any communications made through Our ‘contact’ page, blog, comments, newsletter sign-up, or other related pages, or directly to Our phones or mailing or email addresses are not held privileged or confidential and are subject to viewing and distribution by third parties.
